It’s time to honor a personal hero by sponsoring a flag at Murrieta Rotary’s annual Field of Honor Nov. 4-11.  A yellow ribbon attached to one of the more than 2,000 American flags that will fly during the week-long event gives you a unique way to honoring someone important in your life — a veteran or active duty military person, a first responder, parent, grandparent, favorite teacher or whoever has demonstrated in your eyes a person who renders or rendered “service above self.”
