Dedication & Pick Up

When sponsoring a flag, you may provide the name of an honoree, which we will place on a yellow ribbon attached to the flag along with two lines of information about the hero. This dedication can be done once you are on the Checkout page, at the bottom of the page.

Your flags and dedications will be placed on the Field of Honor, starting on Saturday November 9th 2024. At week’s end, you may claim the flags, the ribbons and the poles on which they’ve flown. Your flags and ribbons can also can be mailed to you for an additional fee. Please note, the poles will not be mailed. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with more information on pick up and mailing dates. If you do not see this email in your inbox right away, please check your spam or junk mail folders since these emails are sometimes incorrectly filtered by some email services.

As in the past, you may re-post a flag sponsored in past years at this year’s Field. Donation is $10. Bring your flag, in good condition and its ribbon attached, to the Field anytime during open hours. You may reclaim it again at the end of the week.
